Mofoe Orisa plays Cuban Rumba and Palo, Dominican Salve, and Puerto
Rican Bomba. Its members are Jona Gaster, Charly Barbera, Jessica
Rodriguez, Jamie Topper, Isabelino Lano, and Jorge Koidde. The
instruments they play are the congas, kata, maraca, bells, and
cajons.
set 2 : Kaben Kafö
Kaben Kafö translates into "let's play together" in the Malinké
language, spoken in West Africa. Created by Taylor, Kaben Kafö strives
to represent the tradition of the songs, rhythms and music connected to the
West African djembe drum. With this comes the oral history of each piece
they do. This is ancient dance music, so feel free to let your primal self
be free and dance!!!
